How do you ship your bagels to ensure freshness?
We bake our bagels fresh daily, flash-freeze them immediately to lock in moisture, and ship them with cold packs. This ensures they maintain that perfect 'Boichik' texture during transit.
What is the best way to reheat my bagels?
For the best experience, slice your bagels before freezing. To reheat, toast directly from the freezer until the outside is crispy and the inside is chewy. Avoid microwaving as it can make the dough tough.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
All of our standard bagels are vegan (no eggs or dairy). At this time, we do not offer a gluten-free bagel as we haven't yet found a recipe that meets our high standards for chew and flavor.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship nationwide across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our California bakery and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I set up a recurring bagel subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite flavors and delivery frequency through our subscription portal to ensure you never run out of Boichik Bagels. Subscriptions also receive a 10% discount.
